The aim of this workshop is to create a dialogue around a work of art. By creating an environment where a response can be responded to, The Paper aims to foster a culture of discussion. Through exploring the ideas of art writing and ekphrasis, validation of alternative forms of criticism will be explored.
Iterations of Existing in Dialogue have been held in conjuction with Uillinn: West Cork Arts Centre, Sample Studios, Bloomers and Backwater Artist Group, Cork Printmakers and the Lavit Gallery.
